The model proposes, you decide. Every field is editable and re-validates as you type, and there is no path where unreviewed text reaches a portal — approval is what triggers the export, not analysis. On approve, Stockmeta writes exports/adobe/ and exports/shutterstock/ with renamed JPEGs and a ready CSV to drag into each portal.

Monthly allowances reset each cycle and don't roll over. Your free 5 photos stay until you use them. Automatic retries after a failed analysis are never charged; a rerun you trigger yourself counts as one photo.

Your photos aren't training data

Each image goes to the AI model for analysis and nothing more. Stockmeta's servers keep no copy, and neither we nor the model provider train on it or sell it.

Hosted in the EU

Your account and the gateway that routes each analysis run on Google Cloud in Warsaw. The analysis itself is done by Anthropic in the US; the privacy policy explains how that transfer is protected.

Originals stay put

Stockmeta copies to an export folder and never renames, moves or re-encodes the files in your library.

No lock-in

Output is plain CSV and plain JPEG. Cancel and everything you've generated is still yours, on your disk.

How do I get in?

Stockmeta is in private beta, and testers are invited personally. Write to support@stockmeta.ai and tell us which computer you use and roughly how many photos you submit a month. The beta costs nothing: every tester starts with 5 free photos, and when you run out, we'll be in touch.

Why doesn't it upload to the platforms for me?

Because it can't, and neither can anything else. Shutterstock offers no contributor upload API at all, and Adobe Stock's SFTP requires a qualified account you have to apply for after building a portfolio. Bulk CSV metadata import is the supported automation path on both, so that's what Stockmeta produces. The dragging is one minute per batch; the keywording was the expensive part.

What counts as one photo?

One analysis of one image, producing both platforms' metadata. If an analysis fails and retries automatically, you aren't charged. If you look at the result and ask for a rerun, that's a new photo.

Do I need a subscription to try it?

No. Create an account and you get 5 photos to spend whenever you like — they don't expire with a billing cycle. No card at signup.

Windows or macOS?

Both. Native installers for Windows 10 and later, and macOS 12 and later.

Can I edit what the model writes?

Always. Every field is editable and re-validates as you type. A valid edit keeps the photo approved and rewrites the CSV; an edit that would break a platform rule flags itself before it can reach the portal.
